AIMA | Problems with finding the right nationality + issues with the checking

Hello everyone,

Just a bit of context, my Residence Permit (RP) expired in January, and I received in December that I could use the Contact Form (CF) to ask for a new RP. Which I did then... in December.

I was scheduled for March in Porto, to give my docs and whatnot, and I still haven't received anything on that regard. Card, notifications, issues, whatever... It's been 5 months....

I went to check the new system for checking the status of the process and it's saying it is still on the submitted phase. Saying as well it was submitted in January, for some reason (????).

So thinking maybe I did something wrong (despite all the numbers, names and data checking regarding my process), and went to redo the thingy on the CF to ask for a new link. Well... I tried... My nationality simply isn't on the list.

I am a bit anxious since it's been too long and some people around me got the card MUCH quicker. Even seeing some posts here it feels like something is wrong. Does anyone know anything? Or maybe can help me guide with something I can do?
