Quick ways to heal bruises

So I have a couple bruises, which usually is no big deal. Except this time family vacation at the beach is scheduled in less than two weeks and I am a little worried they won't fade in time. The bruises are on my legs/butt

Is there anything I can do to heal them up quicker?
