Would you take an ex back after years?

I’m in a bit of a conundrum
What’s your stance on an ex coming back years later because they’ve realised your importance?
Especially if she’s genuinely one of the best people you could find at this point of time and you still have some compatibility.
We broke up on good but somewhat unclear terms, and now we’re both doing well in our lives.
Would you give it another shot or just leave the past in the past?
