[L] panic attack + PTSD

I didn’t know where else to go, I have major health anxiety and I can’t stop thinking about the upcoming eye-check appointment tomorrow (I have a medical condition with my eyes) I’m panicking so bad and no one around me takes me seriously or thinks it’s stupid to panic over.
