How is working in Switzerland as a developer?

I am a Senior dev and work in an EU country. Now let me be brutally honest (and I am sure there are many of you here who are just like me). During the work day I watch youtube videos, scroll reddit, play videogames and do maybe 2-3 hours of actual work per day on the side because noone cares about my work and because I have good job security due to being in an EU country.

My main concern about Switzerland is that I would have to actually grind hard every day. I would like to hear peoples experiences of whether working in Switzerland is more US style grind or if it is possible to maintain the lazy EU working pace in Switzerland while making all that amazing Swiss salary.
