Repeated 0x0000000A (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) BSOD when monitors enter standby

Open | BSOD

Hi guys, I've recently been trying to track down a repeated 0x0000000A (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) BSOD which has been happening for the last 3 weeks or so. It's rare, so its hard to test, but it's happened roughly every 1-4 days or so under (almost) the exact same circumstances every time, when my monitors enter standby. My monitors go black, and then almost immediately start restarting back up after they're off. Additionally, amongst the 7 times this has happened so far, one of them was slightly different, it happened when I opened a game fullscreen on my second monitor. I've done basically everything to try and fix this other than update the bios which is about 9 months old and completely reinstall windows, but I've got nothing.

Using latest windows, latest nvidia drivers, latest amd chipset drivers. passed memory test, clean reinstalled nvidia drivers multiple times, tried different driver versions, got nothing. It has never happened during actual load, other than the 1 off time opening a game if you count that. Of course, my monitors over this period are entering standby countless times more than the times its happening, so I'm struggling to track it down.
