Can you manifest dating/marrying a celebrity?

I'll keep this short to same y'all some time.

So one day I was just chatting with my mother and she ships me with one the most prominent celebrities of my country. I do not follow celebs that much but out of curiosity I searched her up and now I've a crush on her(ik it sounds stupid). I kept asking my mother if that is even possible as we both all in diff brackets in basically everything lmao. She being an astrologer kept saying, "You never know what is destined for you. Life is full of surprises."

I believe in manifesting but I'm directionless on how to manifest that specific celeb and can you even do that?
