my palworld is crashing idk why

so ive been playing for 2weeks (im playing on pc)

ihave 1660super, 32gb ram, intel 12400, msi 650.

i played for 2 weeks without a problem but not im getting so many crash and sometimes it will crash my pc too.

i tried everything i know verify files from steam, no mod no history of modding, updated my nvidia driver, cant update my windows tho for some reason, sfc scan my pc, scan my ram, clean this and that, delete palworlds crashes on folder. all that and it still crash help guy. i really wanna play this game ( playing on all lows, framerate capped to 60) pls help guys
