Is Gordei Skatov's ending slides bugged or something? I'm not seeing his ending anywhere even after I recruit him.

His ending slides aren't the easiest to get because it's associated with the bugged quest in the quarantine zone in footfall where it won't open unless specific conditions are met.

It's a bummer because I liked seeing his arc end when one slide has him lead the restoration of the god-emperor statue in footfall.
