Need help regarding sa resignation process

Hello guys! I just wanna share po about my resignation. My First job was in BPO industry whuch I resigned and passed my letter with my med cert almost 2 weeks ago because of health issue so I asked to waived the rebder period for me. Normal lang po ba to wait para sa approval ng resignation, almost 2 weeks of waiting na kasi and wala pang update from my TL and OM, they told me to wait lang po kasi sa updates. I’m sorry I have no idea about this because first time kong mag resign. And ang TL ko prang ayaw narin akong replyan.
