Weird PTSD Dream

If you don´t know: PTSD is Post-traumatic stress disorder. A mental health condition that develops after someone experiences or witnesses a very scary, dangerous, or life-threatening event. So, now let´s get to the dream. I was behind a tent where someone was selling raw meat. I was there family member (mother). After that, it seems like we stole a meat and we were running to other shop or I don´t know where. My mother went into a drugshop like Rossmann for some kind of reason. There was a huge queue (lol). Then someone grabbed me, I turned at person who touched me, and I saw a glimpse of a bald, homeless man with orange shirt and beard. Then when I fully turned it was an old grandpa asking me questions like: "Where is..." or "Is there...". At the time he asked me, we teleported into the store itself. After grandpa asked me those questions, we turned and we saw my mother. Seems like she couldn´t talk at all or hear. She showed square on one hand, and circle on other hand. (It was weird how she could show square with one hand, actually.) Then she putted square and circle on her eyes (she tried to show glasses). And then showed five on the left hand and showed everyone in the store. (There was no one except us). When I turn back, I see old man dissapeared. Then when I turned back again, my mother dissapeared. Then I remember starting running for search of my mother like for 1 second and then dream ended.

I think the dissapearing meant that everybody left me in the childhood (I think?). Seems like there was something before the dream started, and after the dream ended. So my brain only saw this part PTSD part and the rest no, I only remember one other ting of dream that we were on some staircase before we got to the tent. What do you think?
