I read on Quora That Rig Veda Is Science told in Metaphors -

Specifically they said - It is creation of Galaxies on one end and Particle Physics like phonons , mesons , muons etc on the other end -

I use English Translation of Rig Veda and I admit I didn't read it all nor do I understand it

So Can Someone Please Explain in Detail/Specifically Using Cited Verses to Help me understand the Science of Rig Veda Especially the Particle Physics Told in Metaphors in It ? Thank You
