Gazelle Tents T4 - Overland Edition VS Tandem Hub Tent

I love decision paralysis. These tents are not cheap so I don't want to regret my purchase next year when I start doing remote work in earnest. I'm getting a very small trailer for an office and to have AC basically. So I wouldn't use the screen room as an office. For what I do, it's not just a laptop. It's a bigger setup to make software development more painless. 2 monitors at a minimum.

So, how do people use the screen room? I can only imagine tossing a folding chair in there for when it rains.
