It’s already been 4 years!

Time moves on so fast! Next September I’ll celebrate 4 years on HRT, and things continue changing as of today.

- took my first oral e pills in September 2022
- switched to gel, then to injections, then to gel again along the way
- changed my name legally in November 2022
- underwent SRS in July 2024
- breasts were tubular at first, then Perlutan (e injection we have in Brazil, with progesterone) rounded my breasts, then e gel made the continue growing as of April 2026.
- I’m very confused about Tanner stages, but I believe I reached T4 or T5! Breasts are well-rounded, there’s fat underneath, it seems the areola and breast fat are in the same “level”, so the nipple is raised but supported by the fat (looking in front of the mirror, I can see some fat below the areola, which makes it look like cis breasts), they look T5, although I’m not sure.
- Voice trained with a speech pathologist for years. I haven’t trained in a few years, but this week I started to use my femme voice with everyone (not just strangers – family, friends, coworkers) and I feel so happy.

Damn it feels nice to see everything as it should :)
