late enrollee transferee

hello! i'm a transferee who currently just paid the 9k dp. i received na rin the email that i am officially enrolled but i have a few questions i want to ask:

1. i know i said late enrollee but since i paid the dp na, will i still count as late enrollee?
2. late po ba talaga ang sending nila for emails ng mga feu accounts? if yes- for late enrollees, until when should i wait for them to send it?
3. my university id section in the admissions portal won't let me put an id picture, is there a way that i can fix this? would it be better to call or to go sa feu and take my id pic there?
