JFK to Vegas

Just boarded the plane and I am so stressed about this flight. I know Vegas is bumpy and it’s really freaking me out, I told the flight attendant I was scared and asked if it’ll be bumpy and all he said was yes so that didn’t really help. Any words of encouragement or if anyone is flying a similar path today and has any insight to the turbulence I would appreciate it so much, I’m not doing well lol
