Any good tools for making a transliterator?

I'm essentially looking for a tool to transliterate between the syllabary of my conlang, Anyowu, and the Latin alphabet. I tried using LingoJam with little success. If you know of any good resources I could use to make one, that'd be greatly appreciated!
