If a teammate doesn't get many kills but compensates a lot support wise would ya still call em useless or?

Like if they compensate with good infos or wall breaching or in defense with godlike bandit/kaid tricking blocking 90% of breaches or slowing down with stuff like smoke and such would ya still keep em in even if they don't rack kills in often or
