Am I pregnant?

I had spotting or a very light period from August 3–5. It was bright red, but much lighter than my usual period. I had unprotected sex on July 20 and 27, but we used the withdrawal method. I took a pregnancy test on August 10, and it was negative. Should I stop worrying because the test was negative, or should I still be concerned? Please help me.
