Is it worth buying a refurbished motherboard from PcComponentes?
Hey everyone,
I'm currently building a PC and noticed that PcComponentes offers refurbished hardware at a discounts, specifically motherboards.
Since motherboards have multiple potential failure points (bent socket pins, missing accessories, BIOS issues, or hidden damage), I'm a bit hesitant. Has anyone bought refurbished components from them recently?
How was the physical condition and packaging?
Did it come with the necessary accessories (I/O shield, SATA cables, M.2 screws)?
How reliable is their customer support and warranty coverage if something goes wrong?
Would you recommend saving money on a refurbished board, or is buying brand new worth the extra peace of mind? Appreciate any insights!
