Does early release of super funds due to financial hardship need to be declared as income on my tax return?

Hi all, sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm struggling to understand the info on the ATO website. I accessed the maximum amount from my super which was paid out as a lump sum on the 19th of June - I received $7,902, the tax withheld was $2,098. $9,536 was the taxed element, and $463 was the tax free component. Do I need to declare the full amount, the taxed element, the amount I received, or none of the above? I'm also on the Disability Support Pension, if that changes anything.

Also being on the DSP, is that taxed amount something I'm able to claim back? Thanks :)
