Batman as an urban legends?

hello, im interested in the idea of Batman as an urban legend that people are scared of.

we see a bit of that in Year One; but it seems like other early-career Batman(long Halloween, man who laughs, and even the Matt Wagner books) focus more on his detective side.

do you have any recommendations? i suppose it would be more short stories but a full author run is even better.
