Skyrim Special Edition Black Screen on startup

I downloaded the game on steam and I've been trying to fix this problem for like an hour. When i Click the play button, game launches i see the logo of the game and i hear the music but then it stucks at that menu and the music starts to loop. I tried to launch the game at borderless but didn't work. Tried to launch at 60hz and locked 60 FPS and it didn't work.
