Is this the right approach to build a low cost store?

I have a 50 square meter shop in a very touristic city in a Mediterranean country. We have been using that space mostly to store unnecessary items so i thought we might as well make some income. I cleared out the space, painted it, cleaned it, put some industrial shelves and a desk to serve as a reception, a tall standing fridge with drinks and bulk ordered charging cables, adapters, waterproof pouches for smartphones and other similar things.
My idea was to turn it into a luggage storage space but the location is far from the port or the bus terminal. There are airbnbs and small hotels around and i registered in Bounce, Radical Storage, Stasher and of course google maps.
Does anyone think that there might be more potential in this place? Maybe something i haven’t thought about yet? Keep in mind that the city goes very quiet during winter.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
