“Why did I sign up for this?!” You think to yourself as you lead the pack.

You and three of your best friends.
Dressed in your daily attire. Casual clothing, nothing revealing. Your hair in order, your makeup done.
There’s nothing scandalous about this but your heart is racing. You’re curious and yet terrified. You know the truth and yet you yearn to hear someone else say it.

You also have that secret side of you that you don’t tell your friends about. That part that thinks it’s important to have one up on them. That part that loves the idea of being judged and seen for nothing more than a pair of lips, legs and breasts. You like being denigrated down to nothing more than your usefulness to a man.

You step out into his view.

He sips his glass of bourbon as the three women follow your lead. He is confident. Stoic.
He is not like the men you’ve met before that drool over the sight of you. You can tell he is contemplative and analyzing every motion.

Why that outfit?
Why does she walk with such short strides?
That one sticks her chest out. She craves attention.
Her shoulders are rolled forward. She lacks confidence.
Every minute detail reveals something about each woman.

As your group settles into place, he proceeds to scribble down his thoughts. His reviews. His brutally honest critiques. You have always wondered how you stack up against your friends and this man is about to give a painfully true review of your best and worst features and every single assumption a man has upon seeing you and each of your friends.
