8 months, regression or schedule?

LO has recently turned 8 months old and naps have gone iffy, we were working with WW of -

2 hours 50/3 hours 10/4

Recently nap 1 always seems to tap out at the hour and 15 mark which is absolutely fine but he's waking up extremely upset and thrusting on all fours (I'm thinking development issue)

Nap 2 has been a dumpster fire, we've been hitting 32 minutes and waking up screaming and again thrusting away on all fours, we've had to do a car cat nap around 5pm of 20 minutes to get him to a 7.45/8pm bedtime

He wakes up between 7 and 7.30

Bedtime between 7.45 and 8pm

Development issues? Or are the WW off?

LO is sleep trained via Ferber method since 4 months, settles independently
