Had a really bad experience with Meat Barrel today anyone else?

I ordered their grilled quarter shawai with fries, kuboos and two sauces because I was hungry and wanted something with protein.

Honestly, the chicken tasted really dry and didn't feel freshly prepared. Both sauces were extremely cold, and the kuboos also felt cold. I ate some of it but ended up throwing most of the meal away.

Idk if it was just a bad batch today or if this happens regularly, because I haven't tried anything else from Meat Barrel. But after this experience, I honestly don't feel like trying anything else from there anymore 😭

Has anyone else had a similar experience with their grilledshawai??
