Can i still drive with my ECM?

2012 Volt.

I'm driving my car and I'm not really having any issues with the driving or anything else related to the engine. The conditions I'm having is that my Bluetooth doesn't work, my compass doesn't work, and the GPS in the car itself is not working. I believe that all of this is a failure of the ECM. Or BECM... Not sure if I'm spelling this correctly

My question is, am I able to just continue driving the car indefinitely or will this issue eventually grow? I don't mind not having these things working in the car, my only concern is if it's going to eventually affect the engine. Any type of information would be really helpful.
