I came across a Temerario commercial on YouTube and it reminded me of something interesting about Lamborghini.

For years, Lamborghini's approach was basically that their customers weren't sitting around watching TV, so traditional TV advertising didn't really make sense for them.

But now we're seeing proper cinematic commercials for a new model , the Temerario on digital platforms.

And it got me thinking that  the advertising isn't the only thing Lamborghini has changed.

For example, the Huracán, launched a decade ago had that naturally aspirated V10. The Temerario has a twin-turbo V8 with three electric motors and makes 920 CV.

Obviously, the Temerario is faster and way more advanced technically.

But is it actually the better Lamborghini?

The Huracán had that V10 sound, simpler character and that old-school supercar feel. The Temerario feels much more like Lamborghini's next chapter  hybrid, faster and packed with technology.

Over a decade Lamborghini seems to be picking up pace with the digital world while they are bettering the tech aspects

Are the extra power and technology worth giving up an old school belief and decades of understanding the audience ?

Lamborghini used to avoid TV ads. Now they're advertising Temerario. Is the new car really better?
