What is the process to be able to have a 102NA for family court?
High conflict and I just got told the lawyer is permanently on leave for health reasons.
Do I apply to the court? Do I email them? I don’t have enough time to wait for legal aid right now and can’t be without legal representation while trial is 2 months away.
