HyperX Cloud II Wireless only playing audio in the left ear on MacBook M1 Pro

Hey everyone,
I have a HyperX Cloud II Wireless headset and a MacBook M1 Pro. Everything was working perfectly until a few days ago, when the headset suddenly started playing audio only through the left ear.
I checked the audio balance settings on my Mac, tried an audio balance app, restarted everything, and reconnected the USB dongle, but nothing has worked. It’s getting really frustrating.
The strange thing is that I tested the same headset on a Windows computer, and both sides worked perfectly. So, the headset itself doesn’t seem to be damaged—it appears to be a macOS-related issue.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any setting, driver fix, or other solution I can try?
