Bad stringing job?

So...i just had one of my relative string my racket(first time for me)at their personal stringer.i asked him to tell the stringer to use black bg 65 at 24lbs.before sending it,there were no major scratches,only 3 small ones.however, when i got it back,there were some or many problems

1.instead of black bg65,i got an orange ashaway zymax 68 tx(i saw it written on the string).i dont reeally care about the colour but that was not what i asked for

2.there were clear signs of damages.the groummets all around were clearly damage as well as the presence of many new and some pretty big scratches all around the frame which were not there before sending.

3.a strnage buzzing sound.when i hit it with the palm of my hand,after hitting,there is a strange high pitch buzzing sound.impretty sure it should not be there.

I havenot played with it yet and dont know what to do.Any ideas...if you have other questions you can ask and i will try to answer.anyways thx.

And also realised some kind of strange first cross string.it is like more rought compared to alsewhere and idk if its normal.
