Main Pawn died to the Brine and all of her equipped gear completely disappeared

Has anyone encountered this bug in Dragon’s Dogma 2?

My Main Pawn glitched through the terrain and fell into the water/Brine. She died instantly, so I went to a Riftstone and summoned her again.

The problem is that all of the gear she had equipped is completely gone. She came back without it.

I’ve checked:

• My inventory
• My Main Pawn’s inventory
• Storage
• Her currently equipped gear

Nothing. The armor and other equipment she had on her have seemingly just disappeared from the game.

And just to be clear: this was my MAIN PAWN, not a hired pawn, so I didn’t accidentally gift the equipment to another player.

The worst part is that I had some really good/expensive upgraded armor equipped on her.

From what I understand, a Main Pawn dying to the Brine should come back with the equipment she had before dying, so this definitely doesn’t seem like intended behavior.
