Advice needed for Summons under section 67 (NDPS)

Hi all,
I received a text today on WhatsApp from someone claiming to be from the anti-narcotics wing of the B’Lore police. He sent me an FIR copy of someone and a summons under my name asking me to be present at the anti-narcotics wing of the CCB (on the 17th, although I am not in town on that day) for investigation in some drug related case.
My UPI ID, email and phone number is mentioned in the summons although the FIR is under someone else’ name, I have no idea who this person is and I have never interacted with them. The person who sent me these documents has been incessantly calling me. I haven’t picked up any calls since I think this is a scam.
Need help from you all to understand what to do in this situation.
