Fish poisoning

So, after I went out for work, my family cooked up some bangus in an air fryer with the usual recipe. I ate lunch with another dish, and nothing happened to me. They mentioned while eating that it was itchy in the tongue. Then, after a few minutes of eating the bangus, their bodies turned red, they went dizzy, they were hot. They had cold feet. A thirty year old was particularly affected, trouble breathing, darkened lips. The symptoms calmed down after half an hour, but three are still resting including. Everyone is now ok, four hours later, but still sweaty. The thirty year old is quite ok, but retched a bit once again. I don't have any photos because they were panicking when it happened. It was most definitely the milkfish. The whole upper body was red.
