How to apply as a university student?

So Im going to apply to dts apprenticeships during my first year studying CS. Should I include this in my CV since I dont want to waste time getting to the later stages and then finding out they dont allow ppl already doing a course?

Also, any people who succeeded doing this, pls give any tips thanks
