Help - what do we get first?

Hi everyone, my wife is 31 weeks along and we’re feeling a little behind and overwhelmed with the amount of things we need to prep for baby arrival. We see so many lists online but it just seems daunting and so much info to sort through. So far we have some basic things but nothing substantial. We just moved and need to get a car, so those things added on top are creating constant stress.

Does anyone have a good list of what should be the priorities of buying for your newborn prep?
