How does one complete gwylan tattered clothing quest. i feel like i’m losing my mind.

So uh gwylan had tasked me with bringing a tattered sailor shorts and sailor shirt to him. Gwylan i love you but please dont do this to me. Also its currently winter in the game, im still stuck with avery’s bitchass request to wear the maid dress. is there a way to save edit it because im actually so close to killing everyone. i play on dolp btw.
