MUJ Clubs

hey guys i am a 1st year fresher of btech in ELC (Electrical and Computer Engineering), in my 1st sem and wanted to ask which is the best club one can join for semiconductors, programming vlsi etc like i dont want to be part of those very big clubs like ACM and IEEE in which getting at some position is nearly impossible, some small to medium club will do since i genuinly want to be a part of a club, any seniors who are are forming clubs for the related topics pls dm me so i can join.. thanks
