How much should I sell a 9* flower shop for?

Sooo I've just had a 9* flower shop given to me basically, however I don't want to run a company just yet, don't have any of the right stocks or education for it, also just can't be bothered tbh haha. I really value the rehab job points but I'd rather just be an employee.

I have literally no idea how to sell the company apart from back to torn, which I'm not too keen on as 9 people would be out of a job and I'd only get 30mil.
