Need advice and insights.

Need ko lang po sana ng advice and insights regarding my next step, since wala pa po talaga akong clear idea kung ano ang best option to do next.

I’m a PHRN and recently passed the NCLEX, so I’m now a USRN as well. Lately, I’ve been trying to reach out to different agencies, but I’ve noticed that most of them prefer applicants with current bedside experience. Currently, I’m not working in the bedside setting, although I do have around 2–3 years of nursing experience.

May mga direct-hiring opportunities or agencies po ba kayo na marerecommend na open to applicants who are not currently working at the bedside? Or perhaps agencies that don’t require experience?

I would really appreciate any advice, recommendations, or insights from those who have been in a similar situation. Thank you so much po in advance! 🙏🏻
