Sourcing VAs for backend ops is killing my time. How are you guys handling this?

Running a small agency and I’m completely drowned in low-level admin and client report prep. I’ve tried grabbing freelancers off Upwork twice this month, but vetting them and dealing with ghosting is taking more time than doing the work myself.

For those running 5-figure+ MRR, how are you handling operational support without spending 15 hours a week just screening resumes?
