Arlecchino or Odette? For my account

I've been playing since 1.5, however took a break rutong both Fontaine & Natlan. I really wanted Arlecchino since we first saw her. However, the only Fontaine 5** *I have is Neuvilette. Only other pyro 5* are Yoimiya, Hu Tao & Diluc, all C1.

I still want her, but I also want Odette, so both of them down the line.
Yae Miko for example I also have C1.

Who should I try to get, what's a better idea in my case? When would they rerun?

I'm on like 15-20 pity, 50/50, no savings.
