Il Tutto Billie or Henry nursing chair?

Please help me choose between the Billie (£293 although currently sold out) or Henry (£594). Is the electric recline worth it?
I haven’t managed to try either in person but these are the ones I have narrowed it down to, looking at online reviews and what is currently on their website. The Henry is more than I was planning on spending but I don’t want to get the Billie and regret not having the electric. But it looks like I wouldn’t be able to rock while reclined in the Henry, but I would in the Billie?
