Mcc effect on R4/R5?

Guys look. I checked the timeline for mcc counsellings last year. Their R1 was on 13 aug and R2 on 17 September. Till their R1, iisers round 3 were done last year. And in iiser round 4, well there wasn't any significant jump shown there, neither in R5. My point is those who actually got good in neet , MOST of them would have exited in R1 and hence we saw good jump from R1 to R2. I am not giving any anti hopium but what if there is basically no mcc effect? I am asking much devastated as all of you with a 4.4k rank and still not getting any bs-ms. I honestly don't think we'll see those jumps as we're predicting/hoping. I still have this tiny innocent little hopium inside me, that please somehow I just hope, the cutoffs go atleast somewhat similar to 2025. But it all seems gone now...
