CPU temps sudden rise (need a fix)

Hey guys so been playing deceit 2 and really enjoying it, I play on a Lenovo legion pro 7i with rtx 5090 and intel 9i

Got 64gb of ram and 24vram the game runs completely fine averaging cpu temps at 60-65 but then suddenly after a game I go to the lobby/menu and it goes sky rocketing 90-100 temps and I quit the game load it up again and I’m back to low 50-60 in lobby.

Now sometimes I can play 2-3 games before this temp spike happens. And I can play hours and hours of pubg or cs2 and my temps stay within 60-70 range.

I’ve tried a lot of stuff, running dx11/dx12, lowering the graphics completely all to low. Reducing the fps to cap at 60 at all times. Even edited somethings on my pc to try and stop this weird cpu bug.

I was wondering has anyone had this issue and have they figured it out? Or do I have to keep playing 3 games and closing the game and loading up again? Sort of takes me out of the immersion.
