2003 CR-V 30k or 2014 Subaru Impreza 94k

My uncle left me his 2003 Honda CR-V EX with 30,000 miles on it. He kept up with annual services and repairs and it appears to be in really good condition. Caveats: He lived in RI by the ocean and it was mostly used for short errands. Then he went in a nursing home and the car has been mostly sitting for the last 1.5 years. (Was serviced right before October 2024 and there were no issues). The AC works, heard that was a problem with these cars but I already replaced the AC system on my current car so been there done that.

I have a 2014 Subaru Impreza wagon with 94,000 miles on it. I live in MA, 20 minutes from the ocean. I have not kept up with mine as well because life happened and I had limited funds. My car also sits a lot since I work from home and use it for errands and short trips (under 2 hours). Due for a major service and new tires. I’ve put a lot of money into this car already, bought it used at 40,000 miles and it’s had issues from the start.

I know nothing about cars so trying to get information before bringing both into mechanics. Both cars have some rust. No major accidents on either.

Which would you keep / sell and why? What should I ask the mechanics about or look for to help me choose? Thanks in advance. I understand this is a really nice “problem” to have. I’m very grateful and fortunate.
