Extreme passport Control anxiety

Hello,

I’m a dual citizen and I’ve always travelled solo..Anyway Everytime I have travelled I always have an issue.

Which is PASSPORT CONTROL in my country( Iraq) where I live… I have extreme anxiety to the point I’d rather die then go thro it. I had issues before which were solved and now I have a Valid passport and everything.

\* before every trip I take Xanax and Inderal and it barley works lol.

I have an important upcoming trip as I’m moving abroad for my studies and that’s in 2 months.. and Imm already so anxious and it feels like I’m gonna pass out from the anxiety.

Does anyone else experience this?and how do you deal with it?

I’ve been having crippling anxiety the past few days and I’m literally in headache all day.
