Road tax in Kerala(Trivandrum)- Bike registered in TN

I was informed that we need to pay road tax for keeping TN registration bikes in Trivandrum.

I checked with some people they are advising to visit RTO directly..

Can someone please let me know? if you have come across this or idea.
