2022 iX3 G08 KAFAS cameras very hot

Hi guys.
Got a known issue which is KAFA cameras module popping off mounting clips. Managed to tape it up on both side so no real issue here.
Mainly I’m concerned about the module being hot as hell, barely could touch it yesterday so my question is:
Did anyone tried to fit any kind of stick-on passive cooling module, something like this on the pic or even with small fan powered (my wild guess) from cabin lights.
Any feedback appreciated
